Skip Fellers
Skip (she/her) is a master haircutter with 20 years of experience. She is a natural educator - whether teaching stylists from all over the country or giving her clients an in depth lesson on how to simplify their routine. Her life passion is guiding people along the journey of embracing their natural hair texture. She believes that wash & go hair is attainable for every client out there with the right haircut. Whether you’re looking for a head turning look or just a well crafted haircut that can grow out effortlessly - Skip is here to help you feel more like yourself. From stick straight hair to tight coils and ringlets - Skip is confident working with any hair type or texture.
Her rate is $220/hour gratuity included!
Her books always open 7 weeks in advance.

Paige Cohen
Paige Cohen (they/them) is a California native who has done hair on the West Coast since 2015. They moved to Asheville after deeply falling in love with their craft in Bend, Oregon. Their specialties include gender affirming hair, low maintenance cuts, shags, mullets, precision cuts, short hair, fringe, texture, and anything creative! They gained an interest in haircutting when they had their first transformative pixie cut done at 18 years old. When not behind the chair, you can find them thrifting and decorating their beautiful home. Paige loves being able to use their art to make people happy!
Their rate is $140/hour for new clients and $130/hour for return clients, gratuity included!

Anna Hall
Anna Hall (she/her) was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. After working in a variety of jobs from paralegal to bartending, Anna finally pursued her life-long dream of being a hairstylist. Anna moved to Asheville in June of 2021 and began apprenticing for Skip. Through working one on one with Skip for months, she adopted Skips techniques of cutting to enhance clients’ natural texture. She’s skilled in all types of hair - shags, mullets, bobs, bangs, pixies, and huge transformations! When not behind the chair, Anna loves catching a sunrise hike, live heavy metal shows, managing Neon Moon, and horror movies (the good and the bad!)
Her rate is $130/hour gratuity included!

Sarah Barnwell
Sarah (she/her) is an Asheville local with an affinity for all things natural. She began her hair career right here in the mountains, cultivating a love of the rhythm of hair that mirrors the rhythm of our own lives. She believes that a life well-lived involves a head of hair that is well-understood and deeply respected, and seeks to find exactly what it is each client (and their mane) is asking to express as their best self. Sustainability and ease are the end goal in her chair, and she’s dedicated to accomplishing both through a combination of natural strengths, continuing education, and experience.

Krissy Funk
Krissy (she/her) lives for empowering her guests to embrace their natural texture. Being low-maintenance herself, she completely relates to her clients wanting to achieve wash & go hair that results in effortless, good hair days and you’ll leave feeling confident in recreating your look at home with ease. When you sit in her chair, you will always feel seen and heard. With her impeccable listening and communications skills, attention to detail, and extensive haircutting background (since 2011!), she will always deliver solutions that are thoughtfully designed just for you. Other fun facts about Krissy: she’s passionate about education and has spent time in her career teaching haircutting, she is practically obsessed with her dog, spent the last two years traveling the west coast in her green school bus, and practices American Sign Language at an intermediate level.
Her rate is $110/hour gratuity included!

Morgan Vice
Morgan (she/her) is a Baton Rouge native who has been doing hair since 2019. After discovering Neon Moon online, she chose to specialize in cutting and hasn’t looked back! Known for her attention to detail, Morgan creates cuts that grow out beautifully and are effortless to style. She loves working with a range of styles, including low-maintenance cuts, bangs, curls, shags, bobs, pixies, razor and clipper cuts, transformations, mullets, textured styles, creative cuts, and gender-affirming haircuts. Her passion is helping clients feel at home in their own skin while enhancing their natural texture. She also enjoys connecting with the many people who sit in her chair. Outside the salon, Morgan loves hiking with her partner and their dog, watching competition reality TV, and singing in a choir.
Her rate is $105/hour gratuity included!
For new clients Morgan almost always needs at least a 2 hour session. New client bookings shorter than this are subject to cancellation. We reach out to all new client bookings via email and text, please respond promptly with any shorter appointment requests so we can make sure we have enough time for you and your hair!

Audrey Wells
Audrey (she/her) was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, where her passion for hair started in her teens. She has now been cutting hair professionally for nearly 10 years. After beginning her career in San Francisco, Audrey found inspiration in the Bay Area’s culture, fashion, and art scene. She quickly discovered her niche through razor cutting, shags, mullets, pixies, butterfly cuts, lived in styles, and alternative haircuts. Audrey loves working with natural texture just as much as she loves creating a big, bouncy blowout. Being low maintenance herself, she’s passionate about creating intentional cuts that feel effortless and easy to style. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find Audrey hunting for the perfect Facebook Marketplace find, watching early 2000s romcoms at home, cooking with her partner, or walking her miniature dachshund, Baguette.
